By registering for an Event or making a Donation through the Site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
EVENT AVAILABILITY AND CAPACITY
The Lake Geneva Humanities Festival offers a variety of Events throughout the year. However, the availability of Events may vary from time to time. Some Events may be available only in limited quantities or with limited seating based on venue capacity. Once an Event is sold out, we will attempt to promptly indicate its unavailability on our Site. However, the display of an Event on the Site does not ensure its continued availability.

DISPLAY AND DESCRIPTIONS
The Lake Geneva Humanities Festival makes every reasonable effort to display Event information and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, descriptions, images, and details may be subject to change. NON-COMMERCIAL USE
This Site and its Content are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our guests, members and supporters. You may download or copy the Content displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you. Furthermore, Tickets purchased for Events are intended for your own attendance only and may not be resold or transferred without written permission from the Lake Geneva Humanities Festival.
TICKET PRICING AND ACCURACY
The Lake Geneva Humanities Festival offers Event Tickets and Donations at prices published on our Site. The prices mentioned on our Site are quoted in US currency and are valid and effective in the United States. However, they are subject to change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Event descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters.
In the event a Ticket’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. The Lake Geneva Humanities Festival reserves the right to change or cancel orders prior to confirming the purchase despite the customer receiving an order confirmation or receipt.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards. You can also choose other payment methods such as PayPal and Apple Pay. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment processors. Your financial information is not stored on our servers.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds must be requested at least 7 days prior to the Event. Requests made within 7 days of the Event date are subject to a 20% processing fee.
- In the event the Lake Geneva Humanities Festival cancels an Event, full refunds will be provided.
- Donations are generally non-refundable, unless the Lake Geneva Humanities Festival cancels programming or services.
- All refund requests should be directed to info@LGHumanities.org or by calling 630.244.1486.
EVENT REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
Our Site may include features for Event reviews, user-generated content, discussion forums or other areas or Services in which you or third parties create, post or store any content, messages, materials or other items on our Site (Interactive Areas).
